Difference in ICS between XP Home and Professional

Is anyone aware of any difference between the Internet
connection sharing capabilities of the XP home edition
and the Professional edition ?

I'm trying to have my Intel Netstructure VPN client talk
tomy VPN gateway via an ICS enabled PC running XP home
and it fails, but when I tried it through a XP
Professional, it went through.

Now I'm trying to figure out whether its some config
which is messed up in my XP Home or is there really a
difference in the ICS functionality as a whole.

It must be a config issue as there are no differences in ICS between Pro
and Home editions.
