I've got a printer hooked up to a computer in a network...other
computers link to this computer to print. Some computers can print and
some can't... the ones that can't give an error message about the
spooler service not running... however spoolsv.exe is, indeed
running..and net start spooler tells me it's already running. However,
if i restart hte computer... it can print for the rest of the
day...until I shut it down then turn it back on in the morning.. then
it stops working but restarting fixes it again.
is there some fundamental difference between shutdown and restart that
I don't know about? or maybe that I do know about but can't remember?
