Two Intel PIII 1.13GHz CPUs:

Intel Pentium III 1.13GHz Tualatin 133MHz FSB 512KB Cache Processor, Model
SL5LV
Intel Part Number: SL5LV
Process Type: Intel Processor 1.13GHz 133MHz FSB 512KB SL5LV
Frequency: 1.13GHz
FSB: 133MHz Speed
Cache: 512KB
Package Type: 370 Pin

and

Intel PIII 1.13GHz 133MHz 256K S370 RK80530PZ006256
Cache Memory: 256 KB

They differs with the size of Cache Memory: 512 MB and 256MB. Does this
distinction affects some options?
Both CPU can work on any MB supporting Socket-370? What is better?

More cache has a very noticeable effect on the pc.

Just find that using 512KB L2 cashe is not always the better way, since it
requires appropriate MB.

"The PentiumR III processor-S with 512 KB cache is designed for server
platforms only.
Using this processor in a desktop motherboard will cause the processor to
operate
out of specification and void the limited 3-year warranty for the boxed
processor. "
