Yes, the change to v5 started a few weeks ago and is continuing.

Do you have Automatic Update enabled?
Right click My Computer, click Properties
Click Automatic Update tab.
Check "Automatic (recommended)"
Click OK and follow prompts.

Yes that's the correct URL.
The SP2 is not available via the update website yet!
