Dialup problem

Can anybody tell me why I get dialup screen everytime I
start my XP Pro Computer? Is there a way to trace which
program asking for dialup.
 
Apart from Windows Meseenger, I don't think any program will try to dial on
startup. Unless you have some spyware unknowingly installed.
