Dialup Adapter is missing

How do I reinstall the modem Dialup adapter? I had
removed too many networking applications when streamlining
the operation of my non-networked company computer
 
If you have a modem that you have uninstalled and it is not being
autodetected, you can install it from Control Panel, Phone and Modem
options, Modem tab, Add.
