Dialogue box c:\debuglog.log

When I log off from XP I get a dialogue box stating that
C:\debuglog.log is not responding. I click "end now" to
close box and log off continues. What is this and how can
I correct the situation so the dialogue box does not come
up. Tried searching all files for such a name, etc. but
get back 0 fings. Anybody knows what is happening.
