C:\DebugLog.Log

Each time I try & reboot, or close Windows XP Pro I get the message that C:\DebugLog.Log is not responding, do I wish to close it now. I can find no such log on my drives and have no idea if it is Windows or something else. Would appreciate suggestions on how to rectify this.

do you have a creative sound card with media center if so remove the
remote at the add remove program/creative/remote worked for me
