End Program Debuglog.log

I am running XP Pro (SP1)
I have two user accounts mine and my wife's, both
administrators. My wife's works fine but when I log off of
my user account I get a pop up window which says C\:
DebugLog.Log This program is not responding.
A timing bar counts down and I get a choice of End Now and
possibly lose data or cancel to return to windows.

Presumably this is telling me I have a problem, but I have
no idea what it could be.

I did try to install Pivot Pro software that came with my
Viewsonic VP191s screen but I gather the version I have
7.0 was not compatible with my Audigy 2 Graphics card as
it caused my system to crash, I subsequently deinstalled
the Pivot Pro software.I have also installed Pinnacle
studio 9 which seems to work Ok with the occasional bug.

Suggestions please.

Thanks

Paul

Isn't the Audigy a sound card?
