Looking for a free download of an SDK for legacy Dialogic boards (D4,
etc) to work with C#. Anyone know of such a creature?

There's lots of crap here:

It includes the drivers, but I don't know about an SDK. I've used the
Exceletel stuff for my IVR programming.
