Dialog Boxes don't automatically open anymore!??

I need HELP?!!

I am asking anyone to help me with this dilema; My computer has always shown
a dialog box when I put a CD into the drive, asking me what action I want to
take, if any at all. It has stopped doing this??? I have not changed my
settings (that I am aware of). How can I get the computer to automatically
open up a dialog box asking me if I want to open the CD using the different
programs? I hope someone can help me out.

My Computer > Right-Click CD Drive > Properties > Autoplay (tab) > CHECK
Prompt me each time to choose an action
