dialog box to activate address book for email is grayed out and n.

I cannot use any of the boxes in the contacts properties dialog box. How do
I get access? I want to use the address book with emails. This is Outlook
2007

State the steps you used to corrupt your profile. I would have to guess you
migrated data to this profile incorrectly.
