Dialing long distance calls with a calling card.

Does anyone use Outlook to dial a calling card?
How do you do it?

This is what I tried:
From Outlook > Contact > New Call > Phone and Modem
Options > Edit Location > Edit Calling Card> Calling card
dialing steps:
1) Dial the access number.
2) Wait for 12 seconds.
3) Dial the PIN number.
4) Wait for 6 seconds.
5) Dial 1. (I tried with and without this line)
6) Dial the area code and number.

When I click "start call" from a contact, Outlook executes
the dialing steps (above) up to "Wait for 6 seconds."
Then Outlook says, "Call cannot be complete as dialed."
Meanwhile, my calling card provider announces, "You have
55 minutes remaining on your card, please dial the number
you are calling." Outlook never dials the 1, area code or
number.

Thank you for your help.

Since all Outlook does is invoke the Windows dialer, this is not an Outlook
issue. You might have better luck posting in a group that supports your
operating system.
