dialer installing on startup

everytime i load up an unkown file comes up onto my
desktop called "Conectar con el dialer de prueba" this
all started when i accidentley(!) pressed yes to
installing an mp3 thing and i thought i deleted all
source files but it still appears. i went to the target
files in system32 and tried to get rid of them but they
wont delete, can anyone help me stop this please?
