I have recently has a Nortel BCM 50 ip phone system installed. I have also
had some LAN CTE activated which will allow me to control our phones via the
computer. So far this works using Nortels Personal Call Manager, however the
program we need this to work does not.
We use a database program called Filefinder bu Dillistones Systems. This
uses windows Dialer program make calls.
The problem is when the dialer program starts and I try an make to call it
says "An internal error occurred in the automatic phone dialer close the
dial phone dialog box"
The dialer is setup to dial via the correct line, however when I try to go
into Line Properties it then generates another Error Message about an
Internal Error in the Automatic Phone Dialer.
Any ideas would be appreciated
