Dial-up setup.

I try to setup diap-up networking in XP Pro with modem
Lucent. After the setup the dial-up icon show on the
network connection , It show- Unavailable-device
missing, and i can dial to internet.

This is only a guess, but is "telephony service" and all
dependencies turned on in admin tools>services?
