dial-up server using only 1 public IP

good day!

im trying to set-up a dial-up server using win2k advance
server.it has 2 external modems where 2 users can
connect.that server has a public IP.

how do i do this so that the dial-up user can access the
internet?

not sure the problem, but you may want to setup the server as a router so
that all computers can access the Internet.

can you elaborate sir?i have tried it already.
users can connect but they cannot browse the internet.
they cant even ping a single www address.

You say that the server has a public IP. What sort of IP does the client
receive?

If the dialup clients get private IPs, you will need to configure NAT on
the server. In addition, you will need to use the netsh command described in
KB 310888 to enable the dialup clients to access NAT.
