Dial up Networking problem

Hello I am having a problem with dialup networking not remembering my
username and password. I have selected it to reamember passwords. I
have also created new connection for my isp, and it still changes the
username and password. I have checked my pc for virsus and spyware and
its clean. I used to have sbc isp but since have changed isp's .

Any help would be appreachted

Verify that "Client for Microsoft Networks" is installed. Right click
on the connection and select "Properties". Click on the Network or
Networking tab and install the client.
