Rt click my computer, choose manage, then click device
manager in the window on the left. Scroll down to modems
in the right window and if there is a + next to it, click
it one time. You should see the name of the modem under
the title 'Modem'. Double click the name and it's
properties window should show up. On the general tab,
there's a window that's titled 'device status'. If it
does NOT say "This device is working properly", click
the 'driver' tab and click the button 'update driver'.
Follow the steps.
IF the device is working properly, I would suggest
reinstalling the internet software that you use.
