Dial up Network Connection and Call back Query

I set up a dial up connection from my home PC to my work server and the work
server is set up to call back. I am able to get a successful connection with
a PC with Windows XP Home edition but cannot get a connection with another
PC which has Windows XP Professional. You can hear the call back to the XP
Pro machine but the modem doesn't answer and rejects the call.

Any ideas?
 
You could try changing the modem or the phone line to check if it working
fine. Callback feature should work fine for XP Pro and Home Edition.
