dial up juno

Starting in march suddenly our juno dial up stopped working. We hear it
dialing & connecting & then we get:

.... establish proper protocol while connecting to network

& then we disconect.

Tried to restore to feb no banana! Anyone got any idea? TIA
 
What did Juno say? Maybe they've got new Access numbers. Maybe they no
longer serve your area? Maybe you should try a different access number?
Have you checked Juno's Knowledge base website, for answers? access numbers?

No access numbers is not the problem. We have seen the dialer run thru 6
numbers with the same result: After connect we immediately got a disconnect.
