dial up dissconects

My dial up works fine but and connects to my i.s.p but as soon as i.e or
outlook starts it disconnects, and asks me if I want to reconnect. Any
ideas?
 
Make sure that both IE and OE have that dial up as their default dial
up/Internet Connection.
