Dial-In Problem

I am having problems with setting up a Windows 2003 server for dial-in using
RRAS.

Whenver anyone dial-in and connects, the internal network gets in a bit of a
mess and clients can no longer connect to the server.

I have a server with IP Address of 192.168.1.241, and allocated
192.168.1.101-102 for dial-in clients (there's just a single modem). With a
PC on the local network, pinging the server name comes back with
192.168.1.241 as expected until someone dials in.

When someone dials in, pinging the server name from a local client, the
address of 192.168.1.101 is replied, and when I run IPCONFIG at the server I
see this is the PPP address.

How can I stop this from happening, but still allow dial-in?

Thanks for any help.
