Diagnostic for XP

My computer has all of a sudden slowed down since yesterday. Until then it
was working good and fast always but now it seems to take forever opening
websites and programs. I ran my anti-virus and it came up clear. I ran
Ad-Aware and Spy Bot and it was clear too. What else can I try to help
diagnosis this problem?

Try Defrag and Disk Cleanup. Have you installed any new software - apps.,
drivers etc?

No software installed thats new, none whatsoever. I did defrag and disk
cleanup.

When you say the PC is slow is this all the time?

Open up Task Manager and sort by CPU Usage. What process is taking up all
the CPU??
