DHCPNACK

My internet connection keeps quitting on me. In the error
log under Administrative Tools I get the following error:

"Your computer was not able to renew its address from the
network (from the DHCP server)for the network card with
network address 000c412XXXXX. The following error
occurred: the semephore timeout period has expired. Your
computer will continue to try and obtain an adress on its
own from the network address (DHCP) sever."

This happens about every 15 minutes or so, and the only
thing that solves it is unplugging and replugging the
cable modem.

I have done everything I can think of. I bought a new
network card and video card, replaced the motherboard and
chip, had my ISP out to test the lines, replaced the
modem (twice), wiped my disk, you name it, I've done it.
And still it happens.

Here's another error I recieved just yesterday:

"your computer was unaable to automatically configure the
IP parameters for the Network card with the network
address 00c4125eXXX. The following error occurred during
the configuration: The DHCP client has obtained and IP
address that is already in use on the network. The local
interface will be disable until the DHCP client can
obtain a new address."

and yet another one:

"The IP address lease 24.xxx.xx.xx for the network card
with network address 00c4125xxx has been denied by the
DHCP server 192.168.1.1 (the DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK
message)")

Can anyone help me? This is driving me nuts! I have to
climb behind my desk every 10 minutes to unplug and
replug the cable modem!

Please help. Is this a problem on my provider's side?

Thanks,

Jim
