Hi,

What tool can I use to add reservations in the Windows
2000 Server DHCP service? (like the dhcpcmd tool in NT4)

I believe you can use Netsh. See 242468 How to Use the Netsh.exe Tool and
Command-Line Switches

Whats wrong with using the DHCP Service itself on the DHCP
Server?

Below each configured SCOPE is the "reservation" ICON,
simply right click on it and voila you can create your
reservations.
