Most likely you would ask your system adminstrator or ISP.
 
Jamie, go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt. type:
ipconfig

From a command prompt type "ipconfig /all" - without the quotes. You'll find the IP Address of your DHCP Server. Then from a command prompt type "tracert <ip address>" - without the quotes. Your DHCP host name will be on the line that begins 'Tracing route to...' - after the first ..

What are you trying to accomplish?

Generally, name resolution is not an issue in DHCP matters, as a DHCP client
sends a Discovery broadcast to locate a DHCP server.
