Have DHCP set up on NT server with Win2k workstations.
Worked fine for months, but now some workstations are
loosing their IP address and receiving 169.254.xxx.xxx.
Some workstations are renewing valid IP addresses. What
could wrong?
 
Hello,

I have a few questions for you if you don't mind.

1.) Are there any errors in the event log?
2.) If you release and renew the client, do they then get an IP address?
3.) Are the problematic clients on the same subnet?
4.) What service pack level is the DHCP server?
