DHCP Tool (win2003)

Hi, before windows 2003 we had a tool which allow us to
move the dhcp.mdb and scopes from nt 4.0 to win 2000 to
(or)win 2000.

But now i have the problem that i'm working with 2003 i
can not to find a tool to do same process i would like to
know if somebody knows about any available tool.

I belive it is the same for WS2k3.
