DHCP installation

I have a Win NT 4.0 as PDC and Othe server as BDC with Win NT 4.0. All the workstations have a static IP's. I would like to install a Win 2k DHCP server to have dinamic IP availables to our visitors
I already tried to install the Win 2k DHCP server but the installation is asked me if I want to install a new PDC in the same domain or into different domain
I picked up the first option, but a new domain was created and I do not want it, because we have already setup a domain, but when a picked up the second option that is add the PDC to the existing domain, show me a message that the domain did not exist, do you know what can do I for have the DHCP server available for our visitors

No, it didn't. It would have said "DC" (not PDC) and ONLY if
you tried to do a DCPromo.

None of this is related to DHCP.
I picked up the first option, but a new domain was created and I do not want it,
because we have already setup a domain,

DCPromo the existing DCs in that Domain until the last one
is removed -- this will remove the Domain.

The "DCs" will now be ordinary servers.
but when a picked up the second option that is add the PDC to the existing domain,
show me a message that the domain did not exist,

That's a DNS problem. (Almost always.)

DNS server must be dynamic; and ALL domain machines must be
CLIENTS of ONLY this internal DNS server (set). DCs are "DNS
clients" too!!!!

Unrelated to ALL of the info above: Pick a SERVER (DC or not
is irrelevant), install and configure DHCP server.

Build a scope for each subnet -- arrange for "relay" or "forwarding"
of DHCP requests from other subnets if you have more than one.

What device(s) do you have on the network between client
and server?

My bet is you have some type of ROUTER (router/switch)...

with the workstation that is not getting the ip automatically, Show the
message that the DHCP server is unreacheable

Then you MUST EITHER:

1) Setup a local DHCP "relay agent" with the clients on the "other
subnet"
2) Enable (the equivalent of) BootP Forwarding on the intervening
router(s)
It might be called IP Helper, DNS helper address etc. -- and it
might
actually work as a relay agent depending on the router.
3) Move a DHCP server to the SAME subnet.
