DHCP Server

I just moved our DHCP Server from NT4.0 to a win2k server. Everything is
working fine. But when I try to reconcile one of the scopes I get the
following error:

An error occurred while accessing the dhcp database. Look at the DHCP server
event log for more information on this error.

The Reconcile window shows Scope: 10.1.210.0 IP Address 10.1.210.0

The event logs show nothing.

Is this just a phantom error?

I did it manually per the MS KB artice (i cant remeber the #). Copied the
reg key, and the MDB from a Win NT 4.0 and moved it to a win2k server.
