DHCP scop 100 percent full

Hello,

I've got client with a strange issue. They're running windows 2000 SBS that
is setup to be their DHCP server. The scope setup so that 192.168.0.10-254
are unresearved. They only have about 15 computers in the whole building and
their event log is showing error 1012 "scope 192.168.0.0 is 100 percent
full". I went to the DHCP console and only found about 20 leases listed in
there. I right clicked on the scope and chose reconcile and then verify.
Now I've got what appears to be hundreds of computers listed in the leased
address section, and they all have their IP matching their computer name.
Can anyone please help me figure out what is going on here? The only
information I could find was a newsgroup posting you can take a look at here:

Anyone else run into this? Is this a bug without a fix like the poster in
the newsgroup says?

Well, we can't see for ourselves what you are looking at and your
description is too vague.
