Network monitor or a third part network sniffer will help you ascertain
this.
Note. There's two versions of network monitor - the cut down one that ships
with Windows server and only monitors the machine it's running on and any
machine that is talking to it; and the full product that ships with SMS and
runs in promiscuous mode.
