DHCP allocator / ICS

I have a question regarding DHCP allocator / ICS.

Short version - Has MS devised (or more importantly, *published*) a way to
restrict the range of addresses handed out by the DHCP server embedded in ICS.

No why would they. ICS just configures DHCP servers etc. Do ity the hard way if you want tyhat level of control. You'll find experts in the phone book.
