Basically I'm getting this message when I go to update windows XP home.

[Error number: 0x8DDD0002]
To install items from Windows Update, you must be logged on as an
administrator or a member of the Administrators group. If your computer is
connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you from
completing this procedure.

Any idea as to how I can get this to go away? I am the only User and THE
administrator and have all rights and permissions. I've double checked the
settings on my firewall and anti-virus programs and nothing had changed. Of
course I never changed anything that relates to my internet access BUT I did
stay at a Holliday Express last night LOL not really but seriously I've been
having serious access issues ever since installing Service Pack 2. I have
certain games (actually all Microsoft games that won't let me play them
saying "Access Denied: Please login with administrator privileges and try
again" Any one with any ideas about those issues too would be greatly
appriciated and you can find out more information on those issues by clicking
