I´d like to know what is syncronized in DFS when a file is changed... All
size of the file or only the portion that have been changed?
I need to replicate files between two server in a WAN link.

Thanks,

Patricia.

Do you have any documentation about this? And/Or more informations about
DFS replication?

Thanks,

Patricia.

According to the MS documentation I have read, the entire file is
replicated. FRS uses the NTFS journal to determine when a file has been
updated or deleted and it replicates the entire file.

PS. Please post only in plain text. Even though this is a MS newsgroup and
almost everyone here has MIME capable readers, your font was so small that I
almost couldn't read the original message.

Only the portion that have been changed.
