Dfs Replication Policy

I am trying to configure the replication policy on my Dfs
setup but the selection is greyed out.

I checked to insure that the file replication service is
running- it is. I have also checked to make sure that
there is another computer in the domain to replicate to-
there is.

The Dfs root is on a DC.

What is my problem??

The only thing that comes to mind is are you logged in with enough access to
create the policy? Are you an enterprise administrator? I'm not 100% the
exact right you need, but that would be a good place to start. Are you
getting an event errors?
