DFS or Junction Point

I hope someone can help.

I have two servers with multiple shares. Server A is a production server.
Server B is an archive server. They both are part of the same domain and
follow the same security structure. Pretty simple stuff so far.

Server A's shares are mapped locally when a user logs on. I want to place
(graft) each mapped drive's archive equvalent to a folder within the mapped
drive. Is this possible without having to use DFS which would otherwise
complicate things?

If your network is that simple I think DFS would be your easiest way. That
will sysnc data so that your archive is always up to date with production
data.
