Getting this in temp files.Would anyone be able to tell Me what causes
this file?Anti virus passes it.

This the Temp folder created while you are surfing the net and if it is not
infected the AV will not Flag them as bad, as they the IE temp.
You can safely delete it

Delete all temp/tmp files on a regular basis for best results. No matter
what they are.
