DEVLDR message error

I went to the knowlege base products, and the solution
was to remove SbLive driver ( latest update) and
reinstall it.

I did all that, the speed came back normal but no sound.
I Restore the computer to a previous date, the sound
got back but, again it takes awfull lot of time to
shutdown the computer.

Please help me, I don't know what to do.
