Devices or Drivers disabled

On boot up each time I am getting a small 3 or 4 lines of text in the bottom right hand corner telling me that 'Devices or drivers are disabled' which when I click on it takes me through to a 'My Computer Information - Status' dialogue box reading

Is there any way to stop this coming up every time?

You have or had an older, unsupported version of Easy CD Creator on your
computer. You need to uninstall the older version (if you haven't
already done so) and then read this Microsoft KB article:

Hi Guy,

Save the file below to your hard drive. Navigate to where you saved it and
double click the file. A confirmation dialog will appear when the script is
done. You may need to reboot for the change to take effect.
