"Devices or applications disabled" message

Hi

Does anyone know a way of turning this message off. I
have a minor hardware problem which I have been unable to
fix but, as it does not affect my use of the computer, I
am happy to ignore it. But it would be nice to be able to
stop the "Devices or applications disabled" message being
shown whenever I start the PC

Start/Run/type MSCONFIG and press Enter or O
Click the startup tab and uncheck msmsg
Click Apply and Close, reboot, close message afte
reboot that you've changed your startup.
