XP Pro, SP2, with all the latest updates. Problem is in device manager when
I try to do a driver update. Hit the button to update and I get nothing.
The processor hits for a bit and then nothing.....not even an error message.

Start>Run>type devmgmt.msc and click OK
This is another way to access the Device Manager. If this does not
work, then your file is corrupt. You can repost for additional help.

I will try this tonight when I get home. If it is corrupt how do I fix it?
I have a lot of issues going on right now. Programs just stop running and I
have to uninstall and reinstall to get them back to working. I have had to
renstall Norton 2006 3 times in the last two weeks. My restore to an earlier
date is not working either. Is it possible I have gotton some kind of bug?
Thanks for the help.
