Hi!
Yesterday, in a morning on Sunday 05/03/2004, when I
turned on my computer resolution on monitor was 640x480
instead of 1024 x 768. And also system didn't recognize my
video card and monitor. So I selected my video card from
the list. Then I selected my monitor driver, but received
message that this driver doesn't signed with Microsoft
Windows XP. I clicked Ok and my monitor and video card
drives has been installed.

Then I clicked on Outlook Express icon on my desktop.
Outlook didn't launched. So I restarted my computer in
safe mode and clicked on the same icon again. It's didn't
worked. I uninstalled and installed again OE-with same
result. I went to Microsoft support web site and found
there information that one of the problem could be wrong
path to shared directory folder in registry. I copied
example of this path from Microsoft web page,
put in the field in registry on shared directory value,
restarted my computer in safe mode--it was ok.

After that, I turned off my computer.

Then, when I turned my computer on at the end of the day
when I tried to send an email and clicked on OE icon-the
OE again didn't worked. I got a message: OE could not be
ruined. The problem with synchronization object. I just
restarted my computer in a safe mode, clicked on OE icon,
it was ok. Then I restarted in normal mode-it's again
didn't worked. I've run msconfig.exe and unchecked all
items in startup section. I didn't change any items in
services tab. Then I restarted my computer in normal mode,
clicked again on OE-it was ok. I tried checked on some
items in startup tab of msconfig.exe that usually worked
fine. It was McAffy Spamkiller, Webshots, Internet
answering machine and SQL Server manager. But then I just
realized that all items in a device manager list are gone.
This list is empty. So I can't use my printer, modem. But
I see that resolution is ok, keyboard and mouse is ok. But
can't see system information about my computer. If I right
click on My Computer icon and select properties all I can
see only version of windows, product id and amount of ram
(384 mb). That is it. I pretty need your help.

Thank you
