In general, it's better to declare environment variables under
Control Panel > System > Advanced tab > Environment variables
(button). Add the system variable "devmgr_show_details" (value '1')
and you will see that this works for you. Also, declaring the system
variable "devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices" (value '1') makes sense.
