Device IO Notification Window Pest

Since installing my new HP C7280 AIO and all its software, now I have
been getting a Device IO Notification window pop up while shutting
down my system for the day. Any idea what it is or why this happens?
And some detailed steps on how I might eliminate it?

XP PRO SP2
