device installer error

"windows could not load the installer for image. contact your vendor for
assistence".
Please what is this and how do I fix it. My machine manufacture can not fix.
I also belive that it causes the machine to respond with "found new
hardware" tring to load my printer when it is loaded and working fine. The
found new hardware shows every time I restart.
Thanking every responce in advance.
