device driver

I'm trying to uninstall a mouse driver so I can install a
new one, but I can't find the Device Manager. Online
instructions say to go to Control Panel and
find "Performance and Maintenance," but there's no such
category. What have I done wrong? Thanks.

In Control Panel, double click on System and then select the Hardware tab.

click on "performance and maintenence", then
click "System"

In the "Hardware" tab, click on "Device Manager"
