device driver prob

i recently installed win xp home on to my kob kt266a fdsx system i cannot get a sound out of it i have no conflicts just cant get a device driver to install, i checked the sys with compatibilty xp test, was told that my via master ide bus driver is incompatible how do i resolve this prob

Try getting updated drivers from the motherboard mftr.
