Development books for outlook

Hi,

Can anyone reccommend any books for Outlook 2000. I'm mainly interested in
Outlook forms, but information on how they work accross the network etc etc
would be helpful.

Sue Mosher has some very good books as does Padwick/Slovak.

Thanks, but my books are out of print. You might be able to find one used at
Amazon, but Sue Mosher's book is in print and is very good as a beginner
book.
